JubAp.us operates as a distributed integration node under a project-based cross-border model connected to the T-MEC environment and broader North American trade corridors.
This model supports temporary commercial representation, project coordination, integration activities and knowledge transfer in the United States and across the Americas, without implying a standalone U.S. legal entity unless explicitly stated.
Legal Lineage & Operational Continuity
Altrought JubAp.us was incorporated in 2018, the business lines now operated by us have been legally active from 2005, receiving and continuing capabilities, methodologies, know-how, operational procedures, client relationships, commercial records and historical delivery evidence developed in previous stages.
These business lines have been transferred and reorganized as transferable intangible assets, in line with IAS 38 principles, including know-how, methodologies, operational capabilities, certifications, client base, commercial records and historical delivery evidence.
Those entities that originally developed and transferred these business lines remain active and continue to be part of the IMSV.org ecosystem, although they are currently specialized in other activities.
